We arrive at yoga for many reasons, and the beauty of this practice is it will meet you right where you are. If you wish to build physical strength, or develop mobility in your joints there is a practice to suit you.

There may be similarities in the building blocks of our structure; our bones, muscles and joints, however we do not all move in the same way. There is a sense of freedom when we fully understand and accept our differences, and that is a positive step away from comparison with others and our former selves.
